Quality pitcher, poor spout design

This is a good-quality pitcher, and the water tastes fine when freshly poured. However, the spout is always open and has no cover, so the water easily absorbs odors from the fridge or nearby environment. Because of this, the water can develop an unpleasant taste after sitting a day or so.

Perfect size daily water pitcher and value!

If you use a Brita filtration system especially the pitcher you'll see that this is a great value. I also ordered several extra filters at this lower price to last a year. I usually replace my pitcher after 2 years and have been very pleased with the quality and convenience of finding my replacement filters at Walmart. I recommend and will continue using this brand!

Easy to use - easy to change filters

If you want to save on refills of filters buy this. It uses pouches of activated charcoal, not a large plastic tube you cannot open. When prompted to change the filter - place a pouch in the tube and you are good. The filters take less storage space and are convenient.
