Terrible item

It didn't just run small, it seemed like a junior size instead of a plus size. And it wasn't hemmed! Just cut and left. The skirt is pleated, so no way I could hem it myself. The picture looks like there is some variation in the color, which is one reason I ordered it. Thought that looked pretty. But, apparently there is a little false advertising. No variation. Somehow I got 2 of this item and they were the same. Not like I got a dud that was not hemmed mistakenly. Oh wait- I did, 2 of them.
