the black was nice color, except there are 2 stripes down the heel, I believe the ones on mine are gold colored. I most likely wouldn't have purchased them if I had noticed that, but they came in wide, and my feet are swelling, and I needed something to wear that slipped on. They are comfortable, it really isn't my style, but they were on sale and a great deal for the brand. I haven't walked much in them but they are comfortable.
