Ridgid 64348 Flexshaft 5/16" Assembly, Cable, Sheath, Couplings 70'

The Ridgid K9-204 is literally a surgical tool for drain and sewer lines. It's somewhat fragile, meaning you can't ram and jam like many do with a cable machine or you're gonna kill it! The directions say to move past the clog and work back as water is flowing, so the roots are cut out and the water will not on cool the cable, but carry the root cuttings down and out of the line. If the sewer line is not flowing, I like to run a cable out first to pop the clog and then work the flex shaft out and work the problem areas as water is running down the line. I love the ease of this unit on both roots and soft blockages, it's awesome!
