Broken Mirror and No Instructions

Wood pieces were stacked on top of the mirror with a small foam sheet in between. So I'm not surprised the mirror arrived broken due to that packaging, but extremely disappointed. Not even sure how to get a replacement because it doesn't show anywhere how to contact the seller. There were no instructions included, none on the site, nor could I find any online. I reached out to customer service but they said they would have to get back to me via email. I ended up installing this without directions, but I would not recommend it for anyone who doesn't/hasn't done this often enough. With all of that being said, the quality of material seems pretty good, and the drawers also seem decent. Even though the mirror is broken, my daughters are excited for it. I hope not receiving installation instructions was a fluke for my order. I would give this 5 stars if the mirror wasn't broken or if I can receive a replacement without having to jump through a lot of hoops.
