Online Tires is a scam! Walmart does not help us!

Used online tire sizing app and it told me the wrong size tire. Not knowing, I purchased them as a gift for my son and they turned out to be the wrong size. Notified Online Tire/Walmart right away and was strung along for 4 months requesting a return label and refund. Worst customer service and a real scam!
