It's probably a great computer, and our customer service WAS great. That being said, the screen was defective, not allowing the touch screen to work as it had a line through it that would not go away. Even tried rebooting and updating. Had to take it back the next day. Not sure if WalMart just gets 2d quality stuff or not, but we found next step up for same price at competitor & it works beautifully! 2d ASUS in family, and we're not likely to go back to HP. Apple is having too many problems recently to consider as a viable option.
