I purposefully waited until I finished the container before reviewing... waiting to see if there were any true results. First, day 1 and 2 I noticed a significant difference in my appetite and was pleased - but by day 3 that was gone and I was back to all my food cravings... maybe it was a placebo effect or maybe it did help but my body quickly got used to it and would have needed more to maintain the effect - I cannot say for sure, but the rest of the month I noticed no such appetite suppressant effect. As for the taste - I enjoyed it. Was a nice little morning treat. It does have more sugar than I would otherwise want in a supplement, but not enough to ruin an otherwise decent diet. Tasted like candy and I could probably have eaten the entire container in one sitting if I didn't know it was not candy. Metabolism? Weight loss? Well, that's hard for me to judge. I lost half a pound in the month I took these. But I was also not dieting, but still trying to avoid snacking and trying to make healthier options. I did not notice any discernable differences in my energy level, and have lost another 2 lbs in the 3 weeks since my supply ran out, just by reducing calories and trying to exhibit more willpower in my portion sizes, so I am fairly certain that half a pound would have been lost with or without the gummy. Would I order again? For this price, absolutely not. If I could get triple the gummies for the price I would probably get some more, just to see if taking 2 or 3 a day did any better at suppressing my cravings. Unfortunately, the results overall were too minimal if at all and the price astronomical for 30 gummies. I am now starting to drink diluted apple cider vinegar, as I do see it as potentially having some health benefits and this option fits better into my budget. Hoping to keep up the practice for at least 3-4 months to give me a better idea of effectiveness. That was my intent with the gummies but after the first relatively disappointing month, I could not bring myself to spend any additional $$ on them. I did read that sometimes the benefits of acv are not noticeable until 3-4 months of use... but if that is to be expected than the container should contain a 90-120 supply so we can fully test it.

(possible TMI) I struggle with constipation and have a hiatal hernia and have always struggled finding something that helps me be "regular"... for a week now, I chew one of these each morning and the following morning as soon as I wake up, like clock work. i feel overall less bloated with more energy and motivation to make it to the gym, i LOVE these so far!!
