Verified Purchase

No Time For Broken Clock

The product was cheaply made and arrived cracked and chipped. The vendor did not pack it properly with bubble wrap or other material that could have protected from damage during shipping. It was in a thin cardboard box inside a plastic mailing bag. It would have been satisfactory if it were not broken and unusable. I have decided not to replace it, because I cannot trust that the same thing would not happen again. At least customer service was able to provide a refund, which I am grateful for.
