Man I would start on 2, as it moves like muscles on your legs on there own, I am surprised its not advertised for maybe a tummy firmer, don't try it because it works scary well and I don't know if you can do that or not. I thought this might be a hoax buy but its not, no regrets.

I am 41 weeks pregnant and order this as a way to help massage my very swollen feet. It works fantastic and provide relief to specific pressure points as well. I also love that it comes with a remote as it is hard for me to reach the controls on the pad. Highly recommend! I also love the pads for centralized massaging. Only thing is I wish it came with some sort of carrying case for all the pieces
