Tight shoulder

This jacket is super cute, good quality but my only complaint is that the sizing is a little off. I generally wear a small. I ordered a medium in the jacket so I could wear thicker layers underneath. However the medium is tight across the shoulder area. So, if you have normal or wide shoulders I would size up.
