This little house is loved by my cats. I have used them for years. When they are not waterproof anymore which is years, I replace them. I have a chain link run for my cats and a screen room which is 10 x36 the size of their run and doggy doors for in and out and an enclosed car port with a doggy door . They are happy campers.

Excellent BUT was not the heated version. -

Super easy to assemble. I had cats in it the very next morning but - in the description it says this is heated. It was not. But because of the rather ingenious way it is constructed, I was able to add a plug-in heating pad to it with very little trouble. My cats LOVE it! I have one hard-core feal queen who spent last winter sleeping in a culvert across the street from my house despite having access to three different heated areas on my property. She was the very first cat to enjoy this new house! I really think it's because of the 2 clear plastic entrance / exit flaps. I WILL be buying two more of these!
