HALO Rise Above Jr. 3 Wheel Scooter and Helmet Combo - Red - 44lbs Max Weight - Unisex

I got this scooter as a last minute purchase. With warmer weather and my kids live going to parks for walks. They were doing more running than walking. I got this scooter for my 3 yr old daughter. She is 50 pounds and tall. I have the handlebar at the tallest setting and it comes to about 2 inches above her belly button. It's definitely a good starter scooter for kids. One thing I was a little unsure on and it's something my daughter is learning to handle is the scooter does not turn. Now when I say it doesn't turn I mean you can't turn the handle in order to turn. You have to lean from side to side to turn it. Something I was not expecting and she is used to just turning a handle. It is teaching her balance though! After having it 3 weeks she is getting the hang of it now! It does come with the helmet which I personally was grateful for. Helmet is very adjustable in the back and the straps as well. Assembly was the easiest thing ever. Handle bar gets put in the base and all set. Definitely recommend.

I wrote a similar review on the pink one that I got for my 3 yr old. I purchased this blue one for my 5 yr old. For reference he is 50 pounds and average height. This is a good starter scooter for him. I don't believe he will use it for more than a year because of his height but it was a good price and for a temporary scooter until he has another growth spurt.
