Taste Great, Satisfying & Affordable!

Vanilla Cream is better than expected!
I'm usually not a big fan of vanilla flavored anything, but I loved the cookies and cream flavor and wanted to have another flavor to rotate so I don't get bored. The vanilla cream is actually very good in almond milk! I will definitely be buying a tub when I use up the small bag

Protein is important.
I was told a long time ago that unless you're an athlete you don't need to supplement with protein powder. That isn't necessarily true. A lot of people don't take in enough protein in their diets. I prefer this product because it isn't meant to be a meal replacement in lieu of breakfast. I teach aerobics so I want actual food in my stomach before I teach. I add it to my smoothie in the morning after I teach. It's important to get protein in your body within 20 -30 minutes after a workout. For me, I can feel a difference in my energy level and brain power if I don't.
