A Must Have

These are an absolute must-have. On the very first try I used it, I was able to do twenty lower leg lifts. Without them, I was only able to do up to 1-1/2, because my body weight (which is light, 122lbs.) is heavy for my plain grip on the bar. I couldn't believe I pulled twenty on my first try. It goes to show that it's not lack of strength, but lack of grip. These are so awesome. A delight to have. I'm so happy with it. Other people who didn't see that I was wearing the grips were in awe of my capabilities. Awesome. Thank you. Good stuff. I will definitely recommend and purchase again in the future. Thumbs up 100%.
