2 HP, 230 & 460V C-Flange Full Rate Three Phase Motor
This Motor, 2 HP C-Flange Full Rate Three Phase 230/460v, is a replacement Emerson 56 J-Frame C-Flange 2.0 horsepower threaded shaft full-rated pool motor with a single speed setting. The Emerson 56 J-Frame C-Flange motor runs steadily for dependable performance. Its continuous Three Phase provides constant power with no internal starting switch and is the ultimate in reliability. The J-Frame is ideal for jet pump service and completely versatile with its threaded shaft that allows for a secure fit while providing a stronger structure. Featuring 2.0 horsepower and three-phase wiring for consistent and reliable operation. Aside from the Continuous Duty feature, the sealed ball bearings incorporate steel-reinforced rubber seals that are securely fastened to a groove on the outer ring. With a stainless steel shaft and Triple Bearing Protection, it has a Class B insulation and a 1.2 Service Factor. Its single compartment and open drip-proof enclosure ensure the motor is protected and stays dry. Along with its 208-230/460 voltage and 6.6-6.4/3.2 maximum amperes, it is rated for 50Hz which means that the voltage goes from positive to negative and back to positive (one complete cycle) 50 times every second.
