Extreme disappointment

I was so excited to receive this knife and try it out but within minutes of using it, the blade fell off and wouldn't go back on. I searched on what to do but nothing worked and I found a ton of negative reviews describing the same issue. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this product to anyone.
