Missisng Parts and No Customer Service

I was waiting for this universal toilet tank lever to be in stock. I purchased it and it came from a company called Unbeatable Sales INC. I was waiting for a family member to help install and it ended up being July. We opened the package and there were missing parts. I tried to get in touch with the company and kept getting routed around and hung up on. Not really happy it wasn't a true Walmart purchase and can't deal with Walmart. I just pitched it as I would have to hire a plumber to install and get the proper screws and washers and was a $60 purchase would end up being well over $200.
