Energizer CR1616 3V Lithium Coin Battery - 10 Pack + 30% Off!

I tested the two batteries that I removed from the wrapper and tested them. They tested low. My guess is that these are old batteries. I put them in the remote for my home security system, but they performed poorly. I can activate the system when I am standing next to it, but it only works occasionally when I am outside, the very time when it is needed. I contacted Energizer to ask about the expiration date on these batteries, but I have not received a reply yet. Due to the pandemic, their call center is closed. The description of the product says "10 Pack + 30% off!" What does this 30% refer to? It can not refer to a coupon, because there was nothing in the package except for the batteries. I inquired through Walmart, but their agent who replied did not know. He said that he would email the seller and get back with me, but he never did.
