My old Dirt Devil stopped working suddenly on a weekend, so I ordered a new model online. Just before I was preparing to throw the old one in the trash, for some reason I decided to plug it in and try it one more time. Of course it worked perfectly. Because of the weekend & the COVID virus, I had to wait another day before I could contact the company regarding cancellation of my order. I was prepared for them to tell me that it was too late to cancel, but they cancelled it right away, no questions asked. Great product. Great Company.

I really love this machine, We couldn't believe the dirt our old unit left on the carpet. My only complaint is when we tried to register it with the company they said I have to have a physical receipt . I bought it from your company online, you should have a record of my purchase.
