Not cut right

The material is soft and it would be cute if the cut was right. I purchased a small which really fits like a size 6 but the biggest problem is that there is a huge amount of extra favoring in the crotch area. I'm talking I could fit 12 tennis balls in that area comfortably and I would still have room for more. It fits as it should everywhere else.
