very VERY pleased

customer service: i purchased this recently and after one missed delivery which was my fault - they sent it again same day and i received it 2 days later! honestly very happy with their customer service. now the product itself: pros - its build quality was surprisingly good - its super easy to use - pulls some great shots as far as im concerned cons - sometimes it doesn't seal the capsule so well which leads to water rushing around its sides. can be fixed by reseating but its a messy process. overall experience 8.5/10

Mini nespresso anytime i want

Love this device, along with the special case, I can take everything I need on my motorcycle rides of for on a picnic or a well deserved coffee in a remote stop. All i need is my flask of hot water, longlife milk abd sugger packet all carried neatly in a compact case, and its so easy to cleen.
