I don't understand what happened

Bought the case three days after Christmas online a day later I got a email/text stating that there had been a price cut on the case and I was ecstatic because it was for one cent that I was gonna be getting the case. I got a tracking number and everything And then all of a sudden I don't get the case. I call Walmart and they told me that due to the fact that the case was going to a different address that they noticed that they gave me my money back without telling me anything and so I didn't get the case that I originally wanted
