It's a little difficult to get into and out of, but works better than a back brace to support back and hips for doing the usual home, yard and garden work that aggravates back pain. Not bulky and in fact is sliming, like a new age girdle, only comfortable! I skipped a bra under a bulky t-shirt but would fit over one.
