Reliable and effective!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unisom sleep gels have been a lifesaver on nights. I can’t shut my brain off. They kick in pretty fast, like 15 to 30 minutes… And I actually stay asleep instead of waking up all night, as long as I take it early enough and get a full night sleep I don’t wake up groggy. I don’t use it every night just when I really need it but it’s super reliable when I do definitely worth it.

Wake up!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I generally shy away from normal sleeping pills as you seem to wake up so groggy. These Unisom sleep gels, when taken at least 8 hours ahead of time, may only leave you groggy for a few minutes. I feel comfortable taking these if I am worried about how I will sleep that night.

8 hours of sleep !
I recieved this product for an honest review. With my hectic schedule falling a sleep has become hard and staying a sleep even worse. Those 3am wake up times are killing me. I've tried a few night time remedies and found fault with most of them . Unisom has become a night time routine. It helps me fall asleep sleep and stay asleep for a restful sleep. I wake up with out grogginess and the best part it's not addictive.
