Easily put together with good diagramed directions. Found it was simpler as one person assembling to put together the 2 end structures, 4 legs and arch free standing, then connecting the end sections 3 center tubes together using a ladder. It's not too heavy to handle but smaller assembled pieces are lighter. It was missing one bungie corner hook that's sewn into the fabric, but does not affect the integrity of lashing the tarp onto the tubes or the tarp slipping off.
