Ruined by a LARGE YELLOW STICKER ON TOP!!!
Extremely disappointed. I love the fireplace. It had some minor damage to the lower right corner and a scratch on the front of the fireplace. I think I could have repaired them so, I would have lived with it. However, they ruined it by slapping on large YELLOW warning sticker right on top of the fireplace!!! It does NOT peel off. I tried using a wet cloth dipped in vinegar and heated in my microwave. It loosened the sticker, but I still had to carefully scrape it off. After several times of applying the warm vinegar and letting it soak I finally removed the sticker, but it has left a sticky residue on top. I sent a message to the seller and they did not receive reply back. So, nice fireplace. It works well and looks great except that they ruined it with a sticker. To make matters worse there is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Too bad. I am returning.
