These pre-cut parchment paper sheets are great for baking pastries or vegetables. The convenience of the pre-cut sheets makes it so much easier than all the previous parchment paper that I have used. The paper doesn't curl up on the sides of the pan. Well worth the money.

I like these I wanted to move away from using aluminum foil all the time and I wanted to use parchment paper but I guess regular parchment paper isn't supposed to be composted so it goes in the trash anyway and these are unbleached and they're supposed to be compostable if I understood right when I was reading about them but I love that they're just come out and flat sheets you know if you use the roll the edges like to come up and these are nice flat sheets.
