Highly recommend these shoes! True to size- I'm typically a 7 1/2 which is what I ordered. They were snug initially but after wearing them a few times they fit perfect. I receive compliments on them all the time!

These are a true medium width. I usually have to size up to an 8 from a 7.5 in heels to avoid toe crowding, but the 7.5 fit right out of the box. Logged 8 hrs in these at a wedding event and only experienced discomfort because I haven't been in heels for 2 years. No blisters, no excess sweating, no weird pressure points, great balance (you won't fall over in these), and they stayed on my feet while dancing (no heel slip). Very elegant looking, and a good neutral shade for my skin tone (yellow/pink/neutral and fair). Felt confident, sexy, and stable in these. The classic nude pump gap in my closet is now filled.
