I got this for my special needs son. Cystic acne runs in the family unfortunately. He also has eczema which flares up using acne body wash. He's had no eczema flare ups since we started using this. It's working very well at moisturizing the skin. It's working great on controlling the acne as well. The only disappointment is that it doesn't lather up like other soaps. It takes more pumps per wash but it's worth it for the moisturizing aspect.

Busts body acne

Best anti-acne body wash I've tried yet! Some other reviews note that it doesn't lather—It does, but it's so highly concentrated that you have to dilute it first. Soak your washcloth or body scrubber, add a TINY amount of this body wash, and work it a bit before applying to your skin for best results. Don't expect a big fluffy lather, either, as the bubbles are tiny. It's different, for sure, but each bottle lasts a long time, and it doesn't dry out my skin like other salicylic body washes do!

One of my empties, this lasted me about 6 months. I love that it’s fragrance-free and gentle enough for my ultra-sensitive skin, even during the winter. I use it together with Eucerin lotion, and it really helps calm my bumps and rashes.
