Dud phone

Thought this phone was a wonderful deal so I ordered right away. Spent hours on the phone with straight talk to try and connect this phone to their service. Finally determined it had to be an issue with the phone because they tried everything they could think of. The one good thing I will give this company is they have been very good about emailing me back. I sent the phone back through Walmart 4 days ago and have yet not received my refund but I expect it to come within the next few days. I don't know if I got a dud or if it was a common error but I ended up purchasing elsewhere. Check Better Business Bureau reviews before ordering...
