Item was shipped directly from China. First the shipment was delayed. Then it was not delivered due to construction. Told to go to my Post Office. Went to post office, but there was no package. Contacted carrier two times with no reply. Contacted Walmart. Then a notice when the package would arrive from carrier. Arranged a delivery from my pharmacy for the same day. Pharmacy called me by phone and I got my prescriptions. No other phone calls , no knocking on my door and no ringing of doorbell the day I stayed home for deliveries. The next day there was a delivery notice for the previous day. Contacted Walmart. The carrier then sent a delivery confirmation after being contacted by Walmart. Bottom line is that I did not get the item I paid for and have no way to provide a review, and paid for merchandise I did not receive.
