This is probably my new favorite soy sauce. Yes, that's basically all it is, soy sauce with a kick, and it's perfect. If you like a little sweet and heat along with savory, you'll like this stuff. The other people in the reviews crying about the heat probably don't handle black pepper very well either, just something to keep in mind.

A great addition to not only poke bowls, yes indeed, it tastes great on my spicy noodles also!! Oh…I don't want to forget this one…. I even added it to a marinade for chicken. new to poke sauce..very very good taste like Chinese sauce and better than most Chinese sauces store bought..says it goes best with tuna but i made with fish and shrimp, rice veggies..so good..will be good on any chicken or meat also ..it taste close to magnolia beef sauce..
