Verified Purchase

Do not buy from this company. Item arrived in 3 boxes. Two of the three were damaged. Installer had already put one section together before the damaged pieces were identified. Multiple emails to company were to no avail. They would credit back a partial refund d which was not enough to replace the damaged pieces, or I could return the entire shipment but one section had already been built and the other pieces were too heavy for me to return. They said replacement parts were on back order and would be over a month before available. They could simply ship out 2 new items as they sell them individually on their site. They truly are the worst in customer service and satisfaction.
