Just opened the package and put the brace on. After wearing it around the house a bit, I can tell this will really help my shoulders. Years ago I tore both a/c's in my shoulders from bench lifting and have had winged shoulder blades since I was 16. I am 29 now and this brace feels like it will help correct the problem that persists due to not having surgery. If you have winged out shoulder blades I highly recommend. I also have a TLIF back fusion on the S5/L1 and again I believe this brace will help hold the correct posture my back and shoulders need. So happy I found this brace and for a very fair price!
