Vollrath 74100 Full Size Stainless Steel Wire Cooling Rack / Pan Grate for Super Pan 3

I use this item in my BBQ Pit. I place it inside an full size aluminum steam,table pan (20 3/4" x 12 13/16" x 3 3/16). This holds the meats up of the bottom of the pan, to allow the smoke to circulate around the meat, also after cooking is over with, it makes clean,up a snap, no grease and dripping in the bottom of my pit. You should tell people in the description of this item, that it will fit inside a disposal full size aluminum steam,table pan. I us these because after repeated use and washing, of the chipper chrome coated ones the chrome starts to come off and then they rust. Thanks for a great product! Shady
