You can put it together OK and it is a good looking little toy but as far as a child driving it no because you need a child with a long legs to get to the pedal so my grandchildren that could drive it were not interested in it because it would not turn good my two-year-old grand boy if he could have reached the pedal, he would have enjoyed it the back part that dumps up and down works wonderfully, and the little shovel is a nice touch, but as far as riding it around, it probably hasn't been used for more than two hours the whole time I've had it because of the steering and the music is just a little irritating. They love the color they love the way it looked with the three wheels on each side and the fact that they could mash a button and dump whatever they put in the back that part actually works really well. They thought it was really neat and really tried to have fun with it. My four-year-old legs were long enough, but he got aggravated because it wouldn't turn well at all .Also, the battery does not last like it should.
