Terrible customer service

I bought this tractor for my son in July. It arrived with several broken/missing parts. Contacted customer service and they sent a new tractor that was also missing parts. I've messaged with them since July and I still have two tractors with broken/missing parts and neither tractor works. Very disappointed. My son is so sad he hasn't been able to ride his tractor. The tractor was expensive, over 375.00. Very unsatisfied with this product and customer service. The company told me they will do a better job checking the parts from now on. That does not help my situation.
