We got it and set it up and it has a great picture,sound and the performance is good. It is also a little larger than my old one I like that also. I rate it 5 star and recommend it.

The item was shipped properly by FedEx and was a packaged in a very stable way to keep from damaging the monitor. after unboxing it I found it putting the base on the monitor was very challenging and difficult It took a few minutes but I finally got it on their properly set it up and plugged it into my mini computer that I've had for a few years. wow I'm very impressed with the quality of the video overall I have not adjusted the settings that came with it from the factory I just went with it plugged it in and it works really well with my computer. I did find that it does not in fact have speakers built in but that's okay I have some $12 speakers I bought from Walmart which are small they have decent sound and they're unobtrusive so I plug them into the back of the computer and the monitor is also plugged into the back of the computer with no problems The graphics are sharp high definition for me easy for me and managing my different websites that I use so 100% satisfied and would recommend this company again.
