Disappointing Color and Fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the brown expecting a dark shade like in the photos, but in person these boots are a much more reddish brown. They also have a very shiny finish that makes them look a bit like cheap faux leather. Even though I ordered the wide-calf version, they're still quite tight and difficult to pull on
