Good item, INCOMPETENT seller, unprofessional

Product was good once I received the item after SEVERAL replacements. After several contacts with the seller was sent the wrong item twice before on the third time was sent the correct item. This item was needed within a timetable, the item was ordered with more than enough time and the third time I ordered it the "Seller" after several apologizes promised to meet the deadline of the even even sending it overnight. HOWEVER, the item that was shipped "overnight" arrived three days after the fact despite promises from the seller that the item would arrive on time. Additionally, I asked the seller to cease contact continued to contact me via personal phone and text message to a level that would qualify harassment and fake empathy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER, I ordered an orange crown, was sent a black one- then after contacting the seller of the error was sent THE SAME EXACT WRONG ITEM despite explaining to the seller what the color orange is. BOTTOM LINE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER, Walmart would you really allow a seller to still contact a customer after the customer asks the seller to cease contacting them?
