Fast shipping 2 days tops. Well packed and packaged in heavy weight box material. Each and every component was well wrapped secure and protected. Zero damage from shipping. The board is beautiful (Violet/Purple) and looks even better inflated. The accessories are well made of high quality materials. The paddle is cleverly designed to serve as a single paddle or double paddle for kayaking. The high powered dual stage manual pump works flawlessly but it is still an upper body workout as are all hand pumps. All straps are included, the user's guide is in clear English (vs gibberish translation). I was skeptical about the backpack being able to carry everything but ROC thought of everything and although it is lightweight and collapsible it will expand to contain every item in this bundle PLUS there is a little more space, for an optional electric pump, swimwear, wetsuit, etc. The pack has numerous cinch straps attached where you can tighten the pack down as much as you like for travel purposes. This entire bundle was well thought out and of the highest quality. Great value for the money, you can't go wrong with this ROC offering. I can't wait to get this into the water this season, I probably won't want to come out.

Very happy with the product especially at the price point. Inflated and it has held air all summer through use and storage. Lightweight and easy to handle, load, and unload.
