Totally Useless

Terrible! Actually, I do like the pattern or my rating would be one star; it would have been perfect for my she-shed. BUT... this valance is so poorly made I'd have to take it completely apart to use it. First of all, a properly made curtain of this sort should have a ruffle and a rod pocket at the top, with a hem at the bottom. This did not; it's got a two inch pocket at the top, which appears to create a bunching effect when on the curtain rod. I could certainly live with that, but then we come to the main issue: the right side (as you look at it) of the valance is a shade over 12" - the left side is exactly 11". And it is VERY obvious when it's hanging. In addition, the barcode, and item name/size is printed on the underside! I will definitely be returning this...
