  • War Eagle Custom Lures found their "niche" with avid bass anglers in the mid 1990's. In 1996, War Eagle spinnerbaits were made in two garages in N.W. Arkansas by two serious bass fishermen.
  • That year would mark the start of a new direction for the company, when pro angler Mike McClelland won back to back BASS events on a War Eagle spinnerbait. A few months later in the Spring of 1997, pro angler Gerald Swindle won a major FLW event on a War Eagle spinnerbait.
  • Slowly but surely, War Eagle Lures have spread from coast to coast, growing little by little each year.

War Eagle gets the job done.

I have tried a lot of spinner baits from the U.S. and Japan, war eagles get the most bites hands down. I don't even bother with the others now. 1/4 oz and 3/8 spinners in mouse, Cole slaw, and my favorite out of production color smoke red fill my box. The green shad was a new color for me but the skirt looks and moves great in the water. The thump and wiggle in the water of War Eagle spinnerbaits get bit when nothing else will. I even caught my biggest trout ever on a war eagle, a 10lb giant near rip rap from a dam while fishing for smallmouth. War Eagles catch everything in my waters from tight lipped bass to trophy trout!

There's Only One

This Spinnerbait continues to produce time and time again when all others won't get touched. It's my go-too when the Spinnerbait bite gets going. Buy with confidence!
