The product was the correct one for my window, and the installation was not too hard. It does not come with mounting hardware so make sure you keep all your original hardware. SO far I've had it only one day so can't remark on any problems, time will tell on that.

Power windows work great.!

I bought the the van from a previous owner who sold it to me cheap because the windows didn't work. I was a little intimidated to fix them but the part is easy to install and works perfectly. For those of you who are intimidated to fix your window. Don't worry because it sucks having windows that don't work.and it is great to have them working.

Fast shipping. Instructions missed a few steps but otherwise relatively easy to install. The motor connection harness was a lot shorter than the original so I wasn't able to secure the plug to the door as it was originally. Otherwise the product works fine.
