DO NOT BUY!!!

If I could give this item 0 stars I would. This item is literally a scam. I ordered these at the end of august to use for my wedding that is happening next weekend. The first time I ordered it I was notified that it was delivered and it was no where to be found. Even searched all the other buildings in my complex looking for it. Called customer service, and they told me to give it 48 hour more to arrive-never came. They refunded me, and I ordered a second time (naively hopeful I guess). The 2nd time the day it was supposed to be delivered, I was notified that it was delayed. They a few days later I was notified that it had arrived, and again it was no where to be found. Again I searched all the other buildings in my complex looking for it, and it was no where. My wedding is next weekend, so now I am rushing trying to find flower garland is other places. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM EVER!
