Engineering Failure

As the title indicates, the design of this Voyager Soft Top for the Gladiator is an engineering failure. The only reason for 1 star was based on that it was delivered well and has a great YouTube install video. Decently easy to put together and install but front hinge system does NOT allow for closure to windshield weatherstripping causing a SIGNIFICANT gap that should have halted production. This is not an installation causative factor - the company admits to this. The company does get 5 stars - they owned it immed upon my call, and gave me steps to remedy. We will see if they follow through without any added shipping costs for the revised hinge top. Caution buying, you'll need the typical patience required when buying similar to dealing with Daimler-Chrysler/Stelantis BS.

Disappointed

The top does not open over the complete cab of the truck. Called the manufacturer and was told that the photo showing it opened completely is during installation. The ride is very loud with the top closed. It took us 5 hours to install. The instructions are horrible. These are just some of the reasons that I returned the top.
