Like new condition

The laptop looked new, not a scratch or dent on it even though it's a refurb. It came with the original wall charger. It started right up with no issues. It seems to run fine, not slow or fast. I'm planning to install a SSD to replace the 320gb drive. I think that's all the upgrades for what I'm using for - web browsing and email.

This was a good buy. I received it over a week ago, plugged it in, put in my email and password and Microsoft Cortana transferred all my data from my old laptop to this one. It has everything I need. The company sent activation instructions for Windows 10 and that went well. It came with a 10 day trial for Office 365 but since I had purchased office in 2019, I was able to install it easily. I have used this laptop for about 2 weeks, but I am satisfied and pleased.

Refurbished a really old Laptop

I purchased this Laptop as a Refurbished, usually the items are like new but this computes looks old!!! definitely a bad decision, The warranty for the battery is 30 days Vendor didn't published a realistic pictures the one is on the descriptions is for a brand new
