Received the laptop in a timely manner. However upon receipt I found that the frame around the screen to be cracked and the colors and pixelization was bad along with lines going across it in which I think the video card is bad. Not sure. Anyhow I sent it back after calling on it for repair and mind you was no cost to me so that is good. It still isn't repaired and returned to me after 10 days. So from the time of order to now and who knows when I will receive it back or if in proper working order, I have not been able to use it.
