Works for stuffing

I use these for chestnut stuffing. it seems that store in general do not want to stock chestnuts until December, as if chestnut stuffing at Thanksgiving is not a thing. I like the convenience of them already being shelled. organic is a super plus, because I don't have to worry about pesticides. The quantity per package coukd be more. i could otherwise buy more od them, in the shell, on Nuts.com.
